Erika Collins Discusses Accessible Hiring Processes With People Management

In “‘Unfair practices and outdated attitudes’ – how can HR make recruitment accessible to people with autism?” People Management spoke to international labor and employment partner Erika Collins about how employers can make hiring processes more accessible to neurodiverse employees.

Collins said, “Post-hire workplace reforms can help neurodiverse employees remain with the business for an extended period.” She added, “Providing neurodiverse employees with training and a support system, a job coach or peer mentor can support their transition to employment.”
