Ena Marwaha Lebel joined the firm in 2007 as an associate in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group.
Ena represents public and private clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including securities offerings, corporate governance and ongoing compliance with federal securities laws.
Representative Matters:
- Represents a technology manufacturing company, a chemical company and a reinsurance company in SEC reporting obligations, including drafting and reviewing periodic reports and corporate governance matters.
- Represented a reinsurance company in underwritten public offerings of common stock and convertible debt.
- Represented a technology manufacturing company in an underwritten public offering of common stock.
- Represented a technology manufacturing company in a public tender offer.
- Represents a private foundation in making investments in hedge funds and private equity funds.
- Represents privately held environmental and health sciences consulting firm in corporate governance matters.
Ena is also a member of the firm’s Associates Committee.
In General. Ena earned her bachelor’s degree in economics with concentrations in marketing and management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and received a minor in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002. Ena earned her J.D.,
cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law in 2007. Prior to law school, Ena was a management consultant for a global consulting firm.
