Partner

Eileen M. Considine is a partner in the Health Care Practice Group. She represents hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers and faculty practice plans, physician groups, ancillary providers, managed care organizations and integrated delivery networks in a wide variety of projects relating to managed care and regulatory matters. These projects include strategic planning, contract and rate negotiations and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Eileen was a partner in Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP.

In General. Eileen served as a law clerk to the Honorable James T. Foley, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, from 1981 to 1983.
