Associate

David J. Wagner is an associate in the Princeton office and a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation and Construction, Real Estate & Land Use Litigation Practice Groups.  David has experience in a wide range of cases, including contract disputes, product liability actions, partnership disputes, RICO actions, construction disputes, actions in lieu of prerogative writ, and environmental matters.

In General.  David earned his J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University School of Law.  He received his master's degree in civil engineering from Princeton University and a bachelor's degree, with high distinction, from the University of Virginia. 

Bar Admissions.  David is admitted to practice in the state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
