Associate

Dennis P. O'Reilly is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group.

In General.  Dennis previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. Joel A. Pisano, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.  

He earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2009.  While in law school, Dennis was a legal intern for the United States Department of Justice, Office of International Affairs in 2008.  He received his B.S., cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2005.
