Senior Attorney

Dina Gold is a senior attorney in the Labor and Employment, Insurance, and Government and Regulatory Affairs Practice Groups.

Employment Practice.  Dina has extensive experience representing management and education institutions in the litigation of employment-related matters and administrative proceedings. She also provides day-to-day counseling to her clients in all areas of employment law and assists them in drafting employment agreements, policies and releases.   In addition, Dina monitors and evaluates coverage of employment practice liability policy claims.

Mediation. Dina participated in the Cornell University ILR Employment Law Mediator Training Program and mediates employment matters.

Professional Memberships and Activities.  Dina is a member of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section, as well as the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bar Associations. She is also a member of the District of Columbia Women's Bar Association.
