Daniel B. Carroll is a partner in the Products Liability & Mass Tort and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.  Dan has handled a wide range of litigation, including admiralty matters, breach of contract actions, insurance coverage litigation, personal injury defense, products liability defense and pharmaceutical mass tort defense.

Dan joined the firm in 1996 from Kirlin, Campbell & Keating in New York City.  

Prior to and while attending law school, Dan served as one of the editors of The Home News.
