Associate

Benjamin Holl is a senior associate in the firm's Products Liability & Mass Tort Litigation Practice Group.  He represents clients before federal and state courts, and alternative dispute resolution forums, including in arbitrations and mediations.  Ben counsels and represents clients on matters involving complex product liability matters as well as commercial, contract, and business disputes.  He also assists in national coordination of local counsel.

Memberships.  Ben is admitted to practice in all California and New York state courts, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Central and Eastern Districts of California.
