Andrew Raby is an associate and member of the nationally ranked Investment Management Practice Group.

Andrew's practice focuses primarily on representing and advising sponsors of unregistered investment funds, organized both in the U.S. and offshore. He provides advice regarding the organization and structure of both managers and funds, including investment advisers (registered and unregistered), commodity trading advisors and commodity pool operators.
